Monica was first introduced to residential real estate through an internship at a boutique real estate brokerage during her sophomore year in college. That small brokerage turned out to be a sister company to Fortune Builders and CT Homes LLC, a residential redevelopment company featured on A&E's hit TV show, "Flip This House". There she learned many of the administrative duties and organizational skills necessary to run a brokerage and close hundreds of real estate transactions successfully. After graduating from San Diego State University in 2014 with a Bachelors in Real Estate Finance, she obtained her real estate broker’s license and relocated to Los Angeles.
